4. Service Purpose & No Guarantees
DateSet helps users discover and coordinate real-world meetups. While the Service may be designed to encourage meaningful outcomes, we do not guarantee matches, dates, relationships, compatibility, or specific results. Availability and outcomes depend on user participation and preferences.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or harm other users.
- Post illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
- Solicit money, commit fraud, or promote scams.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
6. Safety & In-Person Meetings
Dating and meeting new people involves inherent risks. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, including any in-person meetups. DateSet does not conduct background checks by default and is not responsible for user conduct.
Use common sense: meet in public, tell a friend, and leave any situation that feels unsafe.
7. Content & User Submissions
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as photos and profile information). By submitting content, you grant DateSet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
8. Prohibited Content
Content may be removed and accounts may be restricted for content that includes:
- Nudity where prohibited by local rules, minors, or exploitative content (strictly prohibited).
- Hate speech or harassment.
- Threats, violence, or illegal activity.
- Personal data of others without consent (doxxing).
9. Payments & Fees
DateSet may offer paid features. If fees apply, we will disclose pricing and any material terms before you purchase. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Refund policies (if any) will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for others, or abused the Service.
11. Disclaimers
